It is a collective effort by Tampa Bay area builders to familiarize the community on the unique features of developments, builders and model homes. Take this exclusive opportunity to find new ideas, floorplans and features. Everyone is invited to visit model homes in person during the expanded model hours. Custom builders offer online tours to preview the homes. And some builders offer both!

Parade Hours: Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sun: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM ** Subject to change
