Southerlyn Homes
We are a local, boutique builder and every home we build or renovation project we complete is unique. We only take on a handful of new builds or large scale renovations per year so we can be hands on throughout the process.
Southerlyn Homes was founded by husband and wife team, Brett and Ashley Russell. We specialize in renovating and building custom homes throughout the Tampa Bay area. We have a passion for working with clients and walking them through every step of the design and construction process. As a small, boutique builder, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized service, consistent communication and fine attention to detail with every project.
